Origin of the Buildings

In the year 1992 Late and lamented Parbati Giri & her associate Social Worker Late Padmini Pattnaik of Balangir met the then Chief Minister Biju Pattnaik during his tour to Balangir and requested for allotment of fund to start one Bal Niketan at Balangir. The Chief Minister was pleased to sanction fund to the tune of Rs. 28,30,000.00 (Rupees Twenty Eight Lakhs Thirty Thousand Only). The then Collector Mr. Shri U.P.Singh placed the money at the disposal of Rural Development Department for construction of this building. The collector also allotted an area of 5.00Acr for this Organization. Accordingly Rural Development department completed the building works on war footings.
